How to approach Personal Training in Chicago.

When setting a time pattern for achieving your goals, don't look towards fast results in short amounts of time.  Set
yourself more so to achieving the long term goal of a healthy and physically active lifestyle.

Your success in achieving your goals is set not only by how often you meet with your personal trainer, but on how
dedicated you are in following the routines on your own time that your personal trainer has set for you.  Remember that
ultimately, the responsibility lies within yourself and your consistency.  Here are a few approaches you may want to
inquire about when working with a Personal Trainer in Chicago:

Progressive Training: Dedicate yourself to meet with your trainer 3 to 5 times a week from 1 to 3 months.  You'll get
the most attention to your needs and results by maintaining a regular level of consistency.  This can be the best
approach for those who may not have the motivation to exercise at a proper level of consistency or intensity on their
own.

Moderate Training: Meet with your personal trainer 1 to 2 times a week, If you have it within yourself to follow a
program made to your specific needs on your own time.  This approach depends on your own dedication to your goals.

Satellite Training:  Meet with a trainer twice a week for two weeks to set your routine for the next month.  After which,
you'll meet with your trainer once a month or once every two weeks to re-assess your progress, and to create new
exercise routines in order to avoid plateaus.  This approach takes the greatest level of dedication and responsibility
upon yourself.

At any given time you may want to move from one approach to the next depending on reaching your goals, setting the
bar to next level, or on your level of responsibility.  Keep setting new goals for yourself, get active in athletic events, join
a sports league, take on a new task, or maybe just get out into the world more often to socialize.  After all, you've
achieved a new look and mentality, let the world be in Awe of you, be an inspiration to others.

Exercise programming begins with a full fitness
assessment that measures your current level of fitness.
