Chicago Fitness Training also conducts fitness consulting and one
day fitness classes for schools, adventure groups, businesses and
corporate seminars.  Perhaps your school, group, or company would
like to have fitness class to start the morning off before your seminar
begins?  Or maybe you'd like to have a fitness professional speak to
your students, employees or members on the importance of exercise
and proper fitness programming?  We also conduct fitness events for
such occasions as bachelor boot camp parties, an alternate or
addition to the usual trend.

Chicago Fitness Training can also be contracted to act as your fitness
instructor on wheels, by hiring us to come to your school or company
building on a regular schedule to conduct group fitness classes.  We
can accommodate our classes to fit your needs and schedule.

What can we do for your Chicago group, school, or business?

  • Perform sub maximal fitness assessments which may include: target heart rate, blood pressure, body fat
    composition analysis, BMI readings, waist to hip ratio, and flexibility, strength and VO2 uptake analysis.

  • Conduct lectures on the importance of physical activity and exercise programming.

  • Conduct various group fitness classes such as: Group Running, Boot Camp, Flexibility & Yoga, and Sculpting.

  • Personal Training at your ready equipped fitness facility.

  • Display a table for assessments, or perform short fitness classes at your health seminars, block parties, and
    career day events.

In general practice, most of these activities are set for one hour in time, but can be adjusted in accordance to the
specific event and needs of the organization.  One example would be A school wanting two half hour boot camp classes
after school or on weekends for students needing to make up credit for gym class.  Whatever your company or groups
