Boot Camp Fitness Training in Chicago:

Our boot camp program is based on a combination of the
following modalities for a complete and well rounded
exercise session:

  • athletic maneuvers
  • cardiovascular exercises
  • speed drills
  • plyometrics
  • flexibility movements

Your Boot Camp Coach will conduct a systematic approach
to your fitness session.  We want  you to succeed in your
efforts.  Therefore, we will keep you motivated through
positive reinforcement.  Yet at the same time, we will push
you to best of your limits and help you to achieve a higher
goal than you came in with.

This is a team effort on both you and us, to make your boot
camp sessions an enjoyable experience for you, us, and all
participants involved.  You will enjoy the energy we bring
you, as well as the energy of all persons involved in each
session.  We won't let you down if you promise not to let
yourself down.

Why should you choose boot camp training?

  • More affordable than personal training - On average, the rate of a single boot camp session per each
    individual will run about $10.

  • Train together with friends and relatives - It can be much more enjoyable and more motivating when you
    train together with your loved ones either in a public boot camp session, or in your own private boot camp group.

  • Change of environment - During the fair weather months, most boot camps will train outdoors at local parks or
    the beautiful Chicago lake front.  A great change of pace from indoor facilities.

  • No equipment needs - At most, all you need is comfortable athletic clothes, plenty of water, insect repellent,
    an optional stretching mat, and an optional heart rate monitor.  Along with a desire to train hard.

  • A great addition to your current exercise regimen - No matter what you're current routine maybe, a boot
    camp session even one day a week will pay great dividends to weight training, yoga, mainstream cardio, etc.  
    This is due to keeping the body from plateauing and going stale by constantly repeating the same routine over
    and over again.  To achieve optimal results you must keep shocking the body with different modalities of
    physical activity.

A word of caution: Please be advised that this type of fitness training my be more suitable for persons of at least an
intermediate fitness level.  Beginners and de-conditioned persons should proceed with caution before participating
boot camps.  It may serve you better to gain some early conditioning with personal training, before attempting a boot
camp session.

Walking in tunnel at Addison St, Driving entrance off of Lakeshore Drive at Irving Park or Belmont.
